Privacy & Cookie Policy

This policy explains how Zaos (the website at zaos.global, operated by Zaos Entertainment, the “we”) handles cookies and personal data, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. This site is currently a “coming soon” teaser page — it does not offer registration, login or payments yet.
1. What we collect
On this teaser page we do not ask for or store any account details. Two categories of data may be processed:
- Strictly necessary / hosting data. Our host and CDN, Cloudflare, processes standard request metadata (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamps) to deliver the page securely and protect against abuse. This is required for the site to work and to keep it safe.
- Analytics data (only with your consent). If you accept cookies, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics, which sets cookies to measure anonymous, aggregated traffic (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) so we can understand interest and improve Zaos.
2. Consent & Google Consent Mode
Before any non-essential tag runs, consent is set to denied by default using Google Consent Mode v2. Nothing that stores analytics or advertising cookies fires until you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, those tags stay off. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer — withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.

The consent choice is stored locally in your browser and is not personal data sent to us.
4. Legal basis
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — for analytics cookies and any future marketing.
- Legitimate interests / necessity (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for security, abuse-prevention and delivering the site.
5. Third parties & international transfers
We rely on the following processors, which may transfer data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses / EU–US Data Privacy Framework):
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting, CDN and security. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
- Google LLC — Tag Manager & Analytics (only with consent). See Google’s Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
